Shipping
    •    Orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days (or sooner), depending on order volume.
    •    Orders are prioritized and shipped weekly.
    •    Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships or when a shipping label is created.
    •    UnjadedHearts is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office for delivery issues. We will assist when possible.

Address Accuracy & Reshipments
    •    Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
    •    If an incorrect address is entered and you notice before tracking is issued, email the corrected address to UNJADEDHELPS@YAHOO.COM.
    •    Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not guaranteed to be replaced or refunded.

Returns & Refunds
    •    All sales are final.
    •    Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged or defective.
    •    Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photo proof.
    •    Shipping fees are non-refundable.
